Management Reference

Authors are strongly encouraged to use reference management software to organize citations and bibliographic records efficiently throughout manuscript preparation. Recommended applications include:

  1. Mendeley
  2. Zotero
  3. or other comparable reference management platforms.

References included in submitted manuscripts must conform to the citation style required by the journal. Authors are responsible for ensuring that:

  1. every in-text citation is accurately listed in the reference section;
  2. every source appearing in the reference list is cited within the manuscript;
  3. bibliographic information is complete, accurate, and verifiable;
  4. citation and reference formatting remain consistent throughout the manuscript.

Authors are encouraged to prioritize the use of primary scholarly sources, particularly peer-reviewed journal articles, recent academic publications, books issued by reputable academic publishers, and other authoritative scholarly materials. Where appropriate, engagement with literature published within the last 5–10 years is recommended while maintaining the inclusion of foundational works relevant to the study.

Practices that undermine citation integrity including excessive self-citation, coercive citation, inaccurate references, or citation manipulation—are considered inconsistent with ethical scholarly standards and may affect editorial evaluation.

The Editorial Board reserves the right to request correction, verification, or standardization of references prior to publication.

Effective reference management contributes to the credibility, traceability, accessibility, and long-term quality of scholarly communication.
